this supplement was recommended to me by my acupuncturist. Very helpful for my immune system as well as my energy level. I do have to adjust the dosing depending on the day.

I love this formula for overall balance and energy! My acupuncturist has had me on it for a while for weak spleen qi, but he ran out so I found it here in a larger size, which meant saving a little moo-lah.

An Accupuncturist recommended I try this product to treat my very small hernia, and after taking one bottle a month for 5 months I could no longer feel the hernia bulging out, which I had lived with for several years before. I don't know if this would work for everyone, but it's worth trying before getting and expensive hernia surgery. Obviously check with your doctor first if you have health complications/are taking Rx meds, etc. blah blah. I'm very happy with this product.

My acupuncturist recommended these to me multiple times and I’ve never had a problem while on them. She always advises me to start them AFTER I have stopped bleeding from period. There is no where on my bottle that has any warnings and I use this exact brand. I’m not sure why others have stated their bottles show there are warnings. Maybe formula changed since 2011-2015. As of June 2019 there’s no warning labels. It’s been manufactured in a certified GMP factory and laboratory tested for microbiologic contaminants, heavy metals, & pesticides. I use it for blood building and increasing my spleen-qi deficiency. I am working on this for fertility and it has helped me regulate my body so it can be more receptive to pregnancy.
